Elite Material(Kunshan) Co. Ltd. (EMC) was established in 1997 as a copper clad (CCL) and prepreg manufacturer. Since 2013, EMC has become the largest manufacturer and supplier of Green Materials (Halogen Free) CCL materials. With a highly skilled Research & Development team, Elite has developed several Green Materials products, from Mid Loss, Low Loss, Very Low Loss, Ultra Low Loss down to Extreme Low Loss categories. These materials are designed for very complex PCB’s, such as, for example, Anylayer, mSAP, IC substrate, high layer count (HLC)/ high speed digital (HSD) and radio frequency (RF) products just to name a few. By focusing on continuous innovation improvement, EMC has filed more than 250 patents globally, whilst becoming a “technology leader” in Mobile Communications, AI/HPC/Cloud Data Centers, 5G Infrastructure Network, Electric Vehicle (EV) and also Autonomous Driving applications.

• 2024
  In 2024, a new factory will be established in Penang, Malaysia, becoming the first Southeast Asian production base for Taiguang Electronic Materials

  Establish a headquarters enterprise in Suzhou, located in Kunshan, Jiangsu, jointly controlled by Taiwan Optoelectronic Materials (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. in China (Zhongshan Taiwan Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd., Taiwan Optoelectronic Materials (Huangshi) Co., Ltd.) and plan to invest in building a factory in Malaysia (ELITE METAL (PENANG) SDN.BHD.)

  The third manufacturing facility was set up in Huangshi China, with a view to supplying the Central China market.

  Developed Signal Integrity (SI) Lab approved with Intel/ Delta-L, IBM/ SPP and Cisco/ S3 measurement methodologies.
• 2013
  Prismark ranked EMC as the world’s largest Halogen free CCL supplier. EMC still holds this position today
• 2011
  EMC China facilities received “China High-Tech Enterprise” certificates.
• 2005
  "The second manufacturing facility was set up in Zhongshan, China, with a view to supplying the Southern China market; The Mass Lamination facility was set up in Hsinchu, Taiwan, this service was to provide PCB companies, both Domestic and International with solutions for “over capacity” and enhance their capability through Masslam."

  EMC introduced its Halogen free product line by using a license from Hitachi Chemicals Japan.
• 1999
  The first manufacturing facility was set up in Kunshan, China. This was with a view to supplying the Northern and Eastern China markets.
